💠 Intro to Preventive medicine 💠

Preventive medicine, as the name indicates, are those which keep us safe from suffering from disease. This is a cure before the attack of a malady. Preventive medicine is basically designed to avoid illness by adopting appropriate measures. In detail it is referred to as a set of conducts including hygiene, environmental control of diseases and a routine of tests to detect any upcoming disease. It is a pro level approach to cure. In preventive medicine, physicians mainly focus on the causes of diseases and try to minimize these.

The best example of preventive medicine is vaccination. In vaccination, a contol dose of least infection causing or almost dead germs of that specific disease introduces a healthy body. The body starts to fight with these partially dead germs via producing antibodies against these. So in this way, the body gets immunity against that specific ailment. Here in this case, medicine is used before getting infection to avoid it.

Similarly, screening is an essential component of preventive medicine. Regular tests about blood sugar level, HP, lung and kidney screening, electrocardiography, mamography etc.

💠A visit to doc once in year.💠

It is essential for everyone to pay a visit to doc at least once a year. In this speedy and technical aeon, we don't have time to take adequate measures for maintenance of our wellbeing.

Causes of upcoming disease or detection of malady at initial stage is only possible by regular check ups. Such check ups not only help to screen out diseases but also provide with a proper precautions and cures to take control over ailment.

💠Objective of preventive medicine💠

Preventive medicine and healthcare is a way to incessantness the wellbeing. If we go for this way of cure, we develop a defense system in a way which egence in ambient lifestyle. Many lethal ailments can't be cured if they are detected late like a heart stroke. But if someone goes for regular cholesterol checks and echocardiography, they can avoid such a risky condition.
Similarly, cancer is fatal for those in which detection is performed at any late stage. But if screening performs at regular basis, cells which are at risk of cancer can easily detected which may be removed or obviated. Even detection at early stage, canserious tissues can be treated.

💠My preventive medicines.💠

In my country, vaccination for many diseases is free of cost and provided by the government. This is a preventive medicine which is for everyone. So I have been vaccinated for many diseases since my childhood like Measles ,Diphtheria,Whooping cough,Hepatitis B,Diarrhea, Typhoid, Pneumonia, Rubella , Meningitis,Polio etc

Besides these compulsory vaccinations, my family got an additional dose of hepatitis C because this ailment is very common in my city area as of the poor condition of drinking water. Other includes proper maintenance of hygiene and intake of healthy diet . These are some precautions which I took for myself.

💠Outcome💠

Collectively we need more for preventive healthcare because this is additionally beneficial and economical to up keep health rather then to be subject of illness and then put a lot of money and time to cure it ,plus affliction of suffering is added to all this.
