Hi steemit fellows . I hope you are doing great .Today I'm going discuss about balance diet for context held by @suboohi.We are what we eat . Our eating habits make s our lives heaven and hell equally.

What is a balance diet ?

A balance diet contain all nutritional ingredients in a proportion requires for proper performance of our body . These nutritional values also changes according to one's age health condition and type of work he or she perform.

Vegetable and fruits are very crucial part of our diet . Especially veggie food is a portion which most of us don't like and skip on daily basis .A daily intake of one portion of vegan food is essential for balancing diet we intake.

Veggie provide us dietry fibers potassium folic acid and many essential vitamins .A diet balanced with veggies reduce chances of high blood pressure , strokes ,heart diseases , cancer ,digestive problems ,and many others .

It not only reduces risk of diseases but also provide with glowing skin , make our muscles and maintain energy . Specifically juices of fresh fruits prove as booster for energy level on daily basis instead of artificial shoots to increase energy level.

Pulses are cheap and considerable source of protein and micro nutrients. These are best replacement of expensive meat .

Other important constitutes of balance diet include milk , diary products and meat.

Milk yogurt and cheese provide a very important ingredient calcium to strengthen our bones and teeth.It also contain some riboflavin vitamin B12, protein .

Yogurt also provide with some useful bacteria which maintain our gut health. Meat provide protein which build up our tissues and also repair them .

Do you have a balance diet in your daily life?

Almost I have almost a balanced diet . Mostly I try to avoid junk food , processed food and cold drinks . I prefer usually home made food and it include all major ingredient of balance diet .I divided my food in different portions which includes veggies or fruits portion ,meat or pulse portion and a glass of milk or a cup of yogurt as well . I changed types of fruits, veggies and pulses according my mood and season as well.

Do you ever experience adverse effects of unhealthy diet?

Two years back i had been suffered from very severe pain in back neck muscles and fatigue . Then my doctor recommended to leave all junk food and cold drink . From then I used milk and fresh water only . It brought an unbelievable change in my life . And I just surprised that how a little change my life and made it so comfortable.

What should be added to your daily diet to make it balance?

A balance diet as I already mentioned must possessed all major type of food . Because our body require different type of nutrients which present in different foods.

Like our body require 45 to 55%f carbs so half the portion of our daily intake include fruits and veggies. Proteins must be present up to 35 %of food so we can take 1/4 portion in form of meat or legument protein. And remaining portion of food include other ingredients like nuts, snacks , tea ,milk etc.

One thing must be noted total calories must be controlled. For men it should between 2400 to 2800 and for women 2000 to 2200. Exceeding these limits although with healthy eating can increase weight and cause serious issues.

That's all my point of view about balance diet. Hopefully you like it.
