Fitness can be seen as a state where one is physically fit and healthy. One is said to be fit if he can carry out a certain tasks at ease without getting tired easily. The condition where one is healthy and sound and can go through day to day activities without being easily exhausted.

Also, in a more advanced term, I see fitness to be a state where one is physically, mentally, psychologically stable. A person who is not mentally, psychologically and physically okay can't be seen as a healthy person, so for one to be qualified to be seen as an healthy person, he has to be fit in all the three areas.

How Many Type Of Body Do We Have, And What Is Your Body Type?

There are three unique body parts and they are;

Mesomorph: It is a kind of body type that is strong, often time, people with this body type are not overweight nor underweight.

Endomorph: This body type has more stored fat and lots of muscle thus making the body overweight.

Ectomorph: This is a slim and slender body type which has less body fat and muscle.

I have Endomorph body type because I have so much weight, initially, I was slim but when I moved out to live alone, I started having so much weight.

What Is The Appropriate Time We Should Stop Eating?

Firstly, i know lots of people have busy schedule leaving them with no other choice than to eat late at night. But then, this is really bad health wise because it gives out body little to no time to digest the food we ate.

So to me, 6:00pm is the best time to eat dinner, almost 6:30pm, anything above this is dangerous to our health and should be avoided by all cost.

What Kind Of Food Should We Eat To Maintain Healthy Life?

I think whatever we eat, should maintain a balanced diet, even if it's not a special kind of food, but atleast it should be rich in the six classes of food. This helps keep our body healthy and in good shape.

Moreso, taking fruits should as well be part of our lives as they contain essential vitamins necessary to replace our warn out tissues and blood flows round our body. Fruits helps serves as anti oxidants that helps replenishes our skin when the cells are worn out.

Fitness is infact the most healthiest practice, keeping fit helps keeps the body in a very healthy state, it creates path for easy blood circulation from the heart to the arteries and to the veins. Keeping fit also helps us excrete waste products out of our body.

Fitness has a whole lot of benefits and here are some;

• The help in weight management

• It helps improve muscle strength

• It aids in blood circulation

• It helps increase our psychological balance

• It reduces chances of diseases such as diabetes.

Fitness is crucial for overall health and well-being. Regular exercise improves cardiovascular health, strengthens muscles and bones, increases flexibility and balance, boosts mood and energy levels, reduces the risk of chronic diseases, helps maintain a healthy weight, and enhances cognitive function.
