A warm greeting to all steemian of this amazing community. Hope your day is going smoothly. I remain @mbetobongluke from Nigeria. It's my pleasure to join this contest A big thanks to @aaliarubab for hosting this contest. Let my share with you my diary routine and the health benefits.

Everyday has it purpose. I struggled to wake up today due to yesterday evening weather that was so cold. I managed to wake up by 7; 37AM with the intention to go finished my painting work.
After waking up, I take a glance and look at my watch. Time was no longer in my favor. I had to quickly jump up and observe my morning prayer. After that, I think of what to eat..? I then suggest ripe plantain with a mixture of noodles and fry egg as sauce together with hot coffee ☕

Diet

Why I choose ripe plantain with a mixture of noodles and fry egg as sauce together with hot coffee ☕ is that my kind of work permit such food. Food that has iron like the plantain is good for the body especially when you do heavy work like mine.
The hot tea warmed my body from the early morning cool I had. Aside from my nature of work that requires this kind of meal as breakfast, the meal contains a lot of nutritious benefits and it also helps boost our immune system. Irrespective of your age, you need to eat this kind of diet.

The water I drank

I like taking a glass of water immediately I wake up from bed. This helps hydrate and regulate my body system and makes me strong. Even though I don't eat in the next 3 hours, I will still be strong. If I drink water Early in the morning, I won't feel weak and hungry for some hours.
But if I just finished eating, I don't like drinking water immediately, I like to stay for some minutes probably 30 minutes or so... Before drinking water.

The exercise I did

I like doing press up. That's one of my essential and best exercise. This kind of exercise helps reduce my waist pain. I have been suffering from waist pain for over 4 years. My nature of work even add more pain to my waist. But since I discovered this kind of exercise, the pain start reducing drastic. Aside from doing exercise to reduce my waist pain, exercise is very good for human health. I can't just miss a day without doing exercise.

What I do to relax

Each time am back from work, I like staying in a quiet place. A place were there's no noise. This helps calm my nerves and my brain.
Some of my colleague in my workplace like taking alcohol as part of their relaxation moment. I see that as adding more salt to injury. Though I don't argue the fact that alcohol is good for the body, but it shouldn't be taken when you had a stressful day.
Taking a glass of water and staying in a quiet place, it what calm my nerves when I had a stressful day.

The pain or tiredness I felt

As I said earlier, I'm battling with waist pain. This waist pain do not make me feel alright especially when I had a stressful day. Sometimes I find it difficult to bath 🚿 when I return from work especially when I'm stress up.
In order for me to have some relief of the pain, I end up taking pain relief tablets.

I believe the waist pain I'm going through will get eased as I keep doing my routine exercise. And also taking good diet.
