My daily healthy dynamics ; Regular exercise & lime juice

Let me share with you my daily routine health up keep to alleviate waist pain.

It was seriously rainy this morning so all my activity was closely indoor.

My daily routine always start with exercise. After observing my morning prayer, I always start my day with exercise or things that will keep me healthy and strong.
Gone are the days when my mom will always have mixed concoctions for me when I'm not feeling well. Especially when I'm being trapped by malaria 🦟
As I advanced in age, I started seeing the need to take stuff like vegetables, fruit drinks, citrus as well as exercise.
This helps boost my immune system and make me healthy and strong. I can't remember the last time I fell sick. The only thing I experience is cool in the morning due to weather conditions. Aside from that, nothing else.
Today I decided to start my day by mixing lime as part of my health upkeep.

What I did

I pluck the lime from the tree. The next step was to wash it with clean water. After that, I then use knife 🔪 to slice the limes. After that, I then applied alcohol in my glass cup 🍵 together with the lime. This process help squeeze the water from the lime.
After pouring the alcohol, I leave it for 30 minutes to squeeze the lime out.

During the process of living the lime to absorb together with the alcohol, I went to my weight lift. To do some exercises.
My nature of job has a very high possibility of me having back pains. But when I'm done with the work, I exercise my body. This really help me aside from taking drug's.

I do weight lift and all forms of exercise regularly. This has really helped me over the years and it's part of my health up keep.

How to alleviate waist pain

Study have shown that back pain can be considered chronic if it lasts three(3) months or longer. Dealing with back pain can be especially trying if you don’t know the cause that's why It is important to always understand the source of your pain as much as possible, and to consider every available, reasonable option.
This is the kind of exercise I do to alleviate / ease my waist pain.

I believe this can help relieve waist pain if not totally eradicated
