Food poisoning happens when you eat food or drink that as harmful things like bacteria viruses germs and toxins in it. These viruses are germs can make you sick some common reasons behind food poisoning are following
Bacteria: Tiny germs like Salmonella or E. coli can grow in food thats not cooked or stored properly.
Viruses: Bugs like Norovirus can get into food especially if someone who is sick touches it.
Parasites: Tiny bugs like Giardia can be in food or water, especially if they're not cooked or cleaned well.
Toxins: Some plants and fungi have natural poisons. Also some bacteria can make toxins that are harmful if you eat them.
When you have food poisoning it causes pain in your stomach , diarrhoea, vomiting ,nausea and also pyrexia. |

Provide food poisoning it is important to voice your hands cook your food through li keep things clean and be careful where you get your food. It is best to see a doctor if you have food poisoning the specially if you really feel sick.
