The problems that children can face due to malnutrition?

Malnutrition is very harmful to children because this is the age of children when their brains are developing and growing faster. Due to weakness, the brain of children will not be sharp at all, especially those children who go to school are not advanced in reading and writing, the main reason is their lack of nutrition.

I would like to tell you a few things that children face due to malnutrition.

• Due to lack of nutrition, the child becomes very weak and sick all the time.

• Due to lack of nutrition, the child remains weak in studies and lags behind other childrens.

• Children's bones become weak due to lack of nutrition.

• And the most important thing is that children start showing yellowness and the body of children does not make blood due to lack of nutrition.

Shere the factors contributing to malnutrition?

There are many factors that can play a role in the cause of malnutrition such as the overpopulation in Pakistan today, many factors are created in the diet which makes the health of children deteriorate and children become sick. Nowadays, clean water is not used in Pakistan and many bacteria etc. enter inside this water which makes children sick.

In earlier times, the diet used to be very strong, it had a lot of minerals and calcium and a lot of proteins, but today the diet of children has become such that it does not contain these minerals, calcium and proteins. Pollution and salt water make children sick, which leads to a lot of malnourishment behavior and this is the biggest role.

How can we prevent a child from these issues?

Nowadays it has been seen that even the smallest children start eating dirt, they pick up any fallen thing on the ground and put it in their mouth. It is our duty to prevent children from these things because children do not know There is a lot of harm in things, but we know how many germs and how many bacteria there are in it, which go into the stomach through the mouth of children and enter the body through hands, due to which children face many diseases.

Therefore, we should keep children away from these things and keep our house clean. Should be kept where there are no germs such as lizards in the kitchen these days. Children should be given seasonal fruits and children should be kept away from sweet things because eating too much sweet things can upset the stomach of children and cause worms in the stomach of children. Children should be given food such as roty and strong foods.

You can give suggestions to improve health care of children in developing countries?

Yes, as a mother, I can give you very good advice on the physical health of children. Only a mother and a woman know what is best for children and what is not for their proper development. Keep away from things because we do not know what outside things are made in which hands and in what materials. Try to make those things for children at home with your hands and in your clean vessels.
