Your write up is always very educating. I have just learned a new thing now about bacteria. To be sincere, this is the first time of hearing this word Gram stain. Some pf the words here are medical terms, so i had to visit my dictionary for a break down and for me to understand.
Definitely, we cannot see bacteria with our naked eyes. It is only through the use of microscope. I have learnt that if a bacteria are surrounded with walls. It is through gram stain test that you can use to differentiate the positive and negative gram stain.

Colour is used to differentiate the positive and negative gram. Gram positive maintains the primary dye of the color. While gram negative does not retain the primary dye. Even without being a lab attendant, with this write up i can carry out this test with every chemical that is required for bacterial test. Keep up the good work. Goodluck to you
