SEC-S13/W4| "The Role of the Caregiver ♥️ "
Have you played the role of caregiver or do you know someone who has put it into practice? Tell us about it.
Yes I'm a caregiver of my mother, it's my duty to give her care as a daughter and I'm doing it because she is little bit sick she still do her work by herself Alhamdulillah but she needs someone to support her and I'm always there for her , I noticed when you gives care to someone you learne lots of new things I have noticed lots of things they need all the attention and care and you cant b le harsh with them Im doing as a daughter so I can't be harsh but when who doing as a job they also can't be harsh or ride because this is the important things while giving them care they act like a child because of Thier sickness and we have to be very patience while taking care of them.
👩⚕️ Do you think that caring for a sick person should be a team effort or the work of a single person?
I think it's depends on the condition of the sick person what kind of sickness they have if it's complicated and one can't handle so teamwork is better for them but if one person is enough for handling and understand the case and the person is comfortable with that caregiver. Me asa individual taking care of my mother is enough and my mother also comfortable with me. But there is always a good results of team work because other team members available when you can't be there, give thier opinion advices so it's depends person to person.
👩⚕️ What qualities do you think a caregiver should have?
First of all they should know their job very well they should be calm in every situations, and understand the fear of that sick person the person is all depends on you they trust you you should be very honest with your duty available for them give them positive vibes for daily life and they should be very neat and clean it's very important thing and know how to maintain the things on time the history of patient is very important to know.
👩⚕️ What advice would you give to a person who is performing this role?
Be honest with your job and try to understand the fear what's the reason of Thier sickness try to overcome Thier anxiety and fear, try to available for them and listen them they need someone who listens them and understand what they feels give your 100% to give them care. Don't be rude or harsh with them treat them in polite way. Talk to them on different topics divert their mind. These are some advices.
As a human being we all should give care of someone who are fighting with Thier sickness try to heal their problems if we can't do this do not become a reason of someones problem. Always be calm polite with everyone. This was my post I hope you will like it I would like to invite my friends here @uzma4882 @arshani @kayrie1234

I just love the way this post is channelled and written. Your brought your mother to the spotlight and how you treated her with love and patience when she was down. It's not very easy to be a caregiver especially to someone who can't do anything of his own. You're the one bathing and feeding. It takes patience, faith and endurance to continue as you'll consider the money wasted and time spent. It's interesting to know your support teamwork in this case as well. Thanks for sharing. I'm impressed reading your posts.
Thank you so much for your valuable comment 😊
Appreciated
