In general, for self-care we need products that are suitable for us to use, where we use these products regularly to maintain our health. Talking about self-care for use in everyday life will of course vary according to needs. This time I took part in the SEC-16 / W3 contest in the Healthy Steem community with the theme Your personal Care Products and invited several other steemians, namely @solaymann @eliany @nahela @sduttaskitchen @kouba01 and @irawandedy to also join here.
Of course, every time I wake up in the morning, starting with morning prayers at around 5.30 West Indonesia Time, I immediately go to the bathroom to clean myself, namely brushing my teeth and of course taking a shower, so from here there are three products that I use as a form of body care for me, namely a toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and of course bath soap.

And as we all know, I use a toothbrush from the Ciptadent product, then toothpaste from the Pepsodent product. To care for my hair I also regularly use shampoo from Dove products, then for soap I use Lifebouy products. Apart from the products that I use using water, I also use hair oil from pomade products.
The function of each product that I use in terms of taking care of myself every day and the price when calculated with the current Steem price and the refill time range are as follows:

So if you calculate the current price of Steem in IDR form then I need around 28 Steem and the IDR price is 140,000 IDR. Of course, at this price for personal care, it's still relatively cheap. In general, we all know the function of the five products that I use to care for myself every day, namely, toothpaste and toothbrush function to treat my teeth from yellow spots and prevent dental disease. Then the general function of the shampoo that I use is to prevent dandruff. To minimize bacteria, I also use bath soap.

Apart from that, the function of the hair oil that I use is to smooth my hair and blacken my hair. When I use hair oil, there is one more product that I use as a tool to tidy up my hair, namely a hair comb. To justify my answer to every simple product that I use to care for myself, I have found its benefits, for example, I never have a toothache because I brush my teeth regularly, then I can also justify the type of bacteria that causes it to my body, which I never experience when I use bath soap.
In terms of hair health products, I routinely use shampoo every day to prevent dandruff and use hair oil to tidy up the appearance of my hair which can be seen from my work activities, which are required every day outside or at project locations.

I think with the price of all products to support my self-care currently 140,000 IDR or the equivalent of 28 Steem, the price for caring for myself is still very minimal. And it can be concluded that taking care of yourself for health does not require excessive costs. The final conclusion that I can conclude is that self-care is very necessary to maintain our daily health, especially in terms of skin and teeth. And in general, each person will need different self-care according to their needs.

Your choice of skin care products are amazing. That your soap was introduced to me by a friend back then in school I used it once and it was good. Later on I discovered it was no longer in stores I have to change. I wish you are closer I would have asked you get it for me

We don't take care of ourselves and use many ingredients to stay healthy. When we wake up we brush to remove bad breath and protect our teeth. You take good care of yourself you use minipack size shampoo, oil which I also use minipack shampoo. Regular care can be taken without paying extra for care. Wish you success.
