Space that is surrounding you is all included in your environment according to your environment definition as well as when I talk about ferrous oxide residue then I can understand that it may be the industrial wastes that are polluting water as you have shown it in the picture so ultimately definitely everyone so would drink that water and would use it for toilet purpose would come in contact with different diseases gradually and sometime if immunity is though then very soon.
