Thank you so much friend for sharing your diet with us that what you eat everyday with your family but I must recommend one thing with to you that I know that chicken and fish are rich of proteins but when we fry them then it becomes which of proteins and also rich of fats which is not a good thing we all know forever health so if we want to eat a complete healthy food then it is much better to take both these meat by steaming them. I want to say Good luck to you in this engagement challenge
