Preface

Having a healthy fitness and a good body type is what most people (male and female) dream and desires for, thats why we see people doing alot of things like exercise and eat a meals they are not used to and some even go on surgeries to get that desired and admired fitness and body so they will feel good about themselves.

But is quite unfortunate that we all run our live routine every day and loose guard of our healthy fitness and our body types not knowing it could cause some serious problem for our health and well-being like: increase the risk of chronic disease (diabetes and heart disease etc), reducing the level of energy and make one less focus and concentrating, and most importantly affecting one's self-esteem and body image which can lead to depression and anxiety.
That's why am so thankful to @mesola for putting up this topic so that it would remind our fellow steemians that keeping fit and maintaining our body type is one way we all stay active to enjoy the good things life has to offer.

That is why am respectfully inviting @mateenfatima @goodness2 and @abiphil to please accept my invitation and make their contribution regarding this contest. Now me outline my views by answering the questions in this contest.

👉What is fitness?

Fitness is a condition where by a person is suitable physically and mentally through exercising and proper nutrition so as to gather strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, the body composition, the positive mindset and also to manage stress and emotions so as to be able to live a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle. When people talk about fitness it is not all about looking good physically, but it is also about being mentally stable and feeling good inside and out.

👉 how many types of body do we have, and What is your body type?

A person's shape and composition is known as body type and there are basically three main types which are Ectomorph, Mesomorph and Endomorph, but there are 12 other ones people put into consideration. And there are: Straight, Spoon, Pear, Hourglass, Apple, Diamond, Triangle, Rectangle, Inverted Triangle, V-shaped, Belly, and Round body type.

Ectomorph is a body type that is lean or slim with low body fat and muscles. They are the ones that eat what so ever the want but they don't gain weight.

Mesomorph is a type of body that has a well structured bone and a well built muscles with a medium body fat. They gain weight easily and also lose easily.

Endomorph is a body type with a larger muscles with a higher body fat. They gain weight easily, but find it difficult to loss.

I have a Mesomorph body type, because I gain weight easily ( especially when my mind is at rest) and I lose easily.

👉 What is the appropriate time we should stop eating?

My answer for this question will be 8:00 p.m for middle aged people, but 6:00 p.m for old-age people. Because our body system need some hours to digest before going to bed so as avoid indigestion and weight gain.

👉What kind of food should we eat to maintain healthy life?

Eating healthy is different from eating good food because that's the perception of some people when eating healthy is mentioned. Eating healthy simply means eating food that has the key components to maintain a perfect health and well-being.

For us to maintain a healthy life we should eat healthy foods like: fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, drink lots of water, eat healthy fats (like nuts, olive oil, seeds, avocados etc.) and also herbs and spices to avoid extra calories.

👉Is fitness healthy or not

Absolutely, fitness is healthy. When we engage in healthy activities like regular exercise, it does not only benefit our body but also the mind, it also helps in maintaining a sound health and reduce the risk of chronic disease but we need to know our body limit to avoid straining our body too much by causing fatigue and injuries to the body.
So I say yes that fitness is healthy when it is done right.

👉 State the important of fitness

There are truck loads of the importance of fitness, but few will be given in this article:

  1. During exercise endorphins are released in the brain which helps to boost our moods and also reduce stress.
  2. Regular exercise helps us to sleep faster and better (soundly).
  3. Fitness through regular exercise makes us have a healthy brain by improving our memories and concentration.
  4. Most importantly, fitness let us to keep ou body weight in check to avoid being over weight (obese) and a good body composition to make us feel good about ourselves.

El ejercicio es importante en nuestra rutina diaria, yo no suelo hacer ejercicio así que por ese lado esto raspada jajaja (con calificación negativa). Es cierto que el ejercicio nos ayuda a regular con mayor facilidad nuestras emociones y sobre todo nuestras hormonas

Se ha demostrado que las hormonas sexuales también se pueden regular gracias al ejercicio.
