Your personal Care Products

First of all I would like to thanks for @deepak94 for inviting to this competition. As humans, we can live from about 100 years old. Therefore, our growth is delayed and our physical abilities are strong. However, our organs are weakened by germs. It is important to keep ourselves hygienic and healthy to protect ourselves from them. If we are healthy and hygienic we automatically look beautiful. Every part of us looks good when it is healthy.

What is your daily routine when you wake up, what products do you use and what function does each of them fulfill?

I usually use Colgate Productive for brushing in the morning and I especially like Colgate Salt Toothpaste. I have been using it for about ten years now. I have no problems with my teeth. They are very white and firm. I also use Colgate's mouthwash to keep my mouth clean. I use it so that there are no germs in the mouth and our mouth is clean and free from bad breath and our internal organs are clean because the mouth is the entrance to our internal organs so it is important for everyone to keep the mouth hygienic and clean.

Daily bathing is very important for our shoulders and our body temperature. Daily bathing cleans our body while refreshing our body parts. Our blood circulation increases. Generally, it is better to bathe in cold water or warm water in moderate temperature. I use Nile brand shampoo on my hair and Liryl soap while bathing. These are working well for me my hair is fine apart from this I use Himalaya hair conditioner for hair.

I bathe once a day on normal days and twice on hot climate days like summer. It makes me feel fit, healthy and beautiful. Applying conditioner to the hair after shower, leave it to soak for a while and then wash the hair will keep the hair healthy. Similarly, after showering, our skin becomes dry because of the soap. So, it is better to apply body lotion to our skin after some time.

I use Himalaya Body Lotion for that. It gives me good results. Due to this we will not be bothered by germs and also insects like mosquitoes and flies will not come close to us. Similarly, body lotion provides a moisturizer to our skin so that the skin always looks nourished and beautiful.

It is better to use talcum powder before putting on clothes like our underwear and socks. Due to this, there will be no smell of sweat in our body. Similarly, the friction of tight clothes does not cause sores and rashes on our shoulders. So it is better to sprinkle taluk on those clothes and then wear them. I always follow this and for that I use ponds or yardly talcum powder.

Similarly, we can use deodorant to remove the smell of sweat and moisture in the body. Or use a body spray. Body spray is definitely better to use a good quality brand that's why I use Cigar body spray. Although it is very expensive I like it very much because the smell is very mild and attractive. It gives me so much happiness. Its fragrance attracts everyone. At the same time, I like it because it is non-irritating, non-scented and chemical-free. I use the same brand of perfume for clothes but I don't wear it much but I use it occasionally when I go to parties.

Do you consider that you take care of your personal hygiene? justify your answer.

Humans have to survive approximately 100 years. As a result, our growth is slowed although our physical abilities remain strong. However, bacteria weaken our organs so we have to improve our immunity to prevent ourselves against them, we must maintain good hygiene and health. We are naturally attractive when we are healthy and sanitary. When we are healthy, everything on our bodies looks nice.

What is the cost on Steem of your hygiene products and how long will it take approximately to replenish them?

The products I use are branded and of good quality so the prices are a little higher. I buy a month's worth of supplies in the first week of the month. They are also cheaper when bought in bulk. My personal care product prices are as follows:Shampoo: Rs.160. Soap: INR62 rupees. Toothpaste: INR 82 rupees. Mouth Vase Rs.75. Body lotion INR 70 rupees. Conditioner: INR 70 rupees. Perfume: INR 1200 rupees Body Perfume: INR 380 rupees Talcum Powder: INR 120 rupees

Total: INR 2200 = 66.78 steems

Do you think that to maintain good hygiene and/or appearance you need to spend a lot of money?

Spending on our health and beauty is not wrong. However, it is very important to spend according to our income. After spending on things like food and clothing, you can spend on beauty products like this. However, I say spending on essentials like soap and toothpaste is necessary. In my opinion, if we want to be healthy then there is nothing wrong in spending on essentials.
