Staying clean, healthy, and strong is a good business that makes our bodies feel more comfortable.
During this heat period, one needs to have a routine for taking care of his or her body which as for me I have a daily routine that I do follow whenever I wake up from sleep which I have shared in this post.
🧼🚿 What is your daily routine when you wake up, what products do you use and what function does each of them fulfill?
My daily routine when I wake up, is very simple which depends on my schedule whether I am going out or remaining indoors or not. However, I am a guy who likes to keep his body warm and fresh my first routine when I wake up, is to get my toothbrush and Oral-B toothpaste including water.

Brushing my teeth with Oral-B toothpaste is my first routine when I wake up. After brushing my teeth, the next routine is to use clean water and wash my face before going out of my room. Oral-B is the best toothpaste for me which I usually use to keep my teeth clean.

When it comes to taking my bath, I don't bath with anyhow 🧼 soap, or water. I do make sure I use products like Premier Cool soap, liquid Dettol, and bathing sponge Premier Cool Soap is my bathing soap that keeps my skin refreshed all the time.
Water is used for so many things and when it comes to bathing it is used for washing our body and the soap we have applied on our body which soap is what makes a sponge to bring out fume.

After taking my bath, my next routine is applying cream on my body, applying Nivea Men Rollon on my armpit, and robbing hair cream on my hair, after which will then wear my clothes and then spray perfume to smile nice (sweet).
Body cream keeps our body fresh and protects our skin from getting dry, dark, and so on. It is mostly used to maintain skin color and applying cream on your body will prevent from body from getting white.
🧼🚿 Do you consider that you take care of your hygiene? justify your answer.
Yes, I consider that I take care of my hygiene which justifies my answer. Looking at my skin is proof that I am taking care of my hygiene If I am not taking care of my hygiene, my body wouldn't have been looking fresh like the way it is looking.
Also, I would have been having body odour which taking care of my hygiene has always put me in a better state of health I am very comfortable with myself and even my friends are also comfortable staying closer to me.
🧼🚿 What is the cost of Steem of your hygiene products and how long will it take approximately to replenish them?
Based on the current price of STEEM which is now higher than at the time I bought my hygiene products I think now having about 50 to 80 STEEM can purchase all my hygiene products which are breakdown as follows.

No, I don't think to maintain good hygiene and/or appearance I need to spend a lot of money. I don't need to spend a lot of money because everything in the market has its price difference and if I can't afford to purchase that at the highest price, I can purchase the product at the lesser price.
Also, to maintain good hygiene and/or appearance, I don't need to spend a lot of money, because, with less amount of money, I can still maintain good hygiene all I would need to get is a good body cream, bathing soap, sponge, and toothpaste.
Conclusion
It is a good thing that we take good care of our people as hygiene is very important to us as a being. In this heat season, the best way to overcome the heat is the hygiene that we have chosen in this post, I have discussed the methods and products I use for my hygiene.

Good luck with your quality posts. You use some good products. I used the Vezlane product. Vaseline is a very effective product. And using this product all the time during winters makes the hands and feet soft and very soft. Best wishes for you to find success in quality posts.@josepha

It is very important to take care of yourself to stay healthy. You have developed a good routine for self-care. You brush your teeth in the morning with Oral B paste. We use these things for self care in our daily life. I use this lotion after shower to prevent dry skin. Yes, we have to spend more or less to buy these products.
