So guys today's topic is"HEALTHY BONES" it was and easy topic for me so I choose it so asussual I will tell you in points and the main reason of this post in the end
So everyone have follow the steps healthy bones are things which human need to have everytime adults have 206 bones and child's have 300 bones children's bones are so soft as compare to adult's bones and when a child get an injury it can be heal very fast and when adult get an injury it can not heal fast as compare to child

Let's talk about how to get healthy bones

👉) we should have to do walk for 40 - 60 minutes we can also get healthy bones from it
👉) eat all calcium foods
👉) don't smoke smoking can make our bones
weak

👉) get enough sleep get sleep for 7-8 hours daily
👉) maintain a healthy weight
👉) manage stress stress can harm healthy bones

👉) get enough vitamin d by sun and other things
