First of all my greetings, I am sure all of you Moderators, Admins and Members of this community are enjoying the days well.

Our body health is our physical, mental and social health, but our physical health depends on our environment. We need a healthy mentality and a clean environment around us to live healthy, and enjoy our life. Only then our body will be healthy.

I am very happy to participate in the thirteenth season of Steemit Engagement Challenge and I am grateful for the recognition I have received in the previous challenges and thank you for this Healthy Steem community and wish them growth with each session. In this way, I can present some of my own views here on your platform every season.

The World Health Organization's most important thing is that every human being should be healthy so they mentioned some themes like-

Providing health care to nations in crisis
Making health care accessible to everyone.
Expanding access to vaccines and medicine
Making healthy food more accessible
Investing in health care workers.

Our honest opinion is challenging by specifying these points above.

What do we expect from the challenge?

Tell us in your words what you understand about global health.

Our main objective is to be good physically, mentally and socially in this beautiful environment.
Global health is a field of public health where Internationally, the good health of every person in the world, the improvement and deterioration of health, that is, the effort to improve the health of every person.

Global health is a field that prioritizes how to improve health, address disparities, and improve health protection and equity for all people around the world through study, research, and practice.

Sometimes epidemic diseases like COVID-19 spread in the world and people fall into the arms of death, and people are living with misery due to the outbreak of dengue disease carried by Aedes mosquito.
World Health Organization is setting up to save every person of the world from such epidemic diseases where its main aim is to ensure that everyone lives a healthy life. Making them aware of global health wherever they are or in any country.

In this way, global health experts approach each country to find out how to overcome the problems they are facing. That is why they take many steps like vaccinating people during covid19, and sometimes conducting public health campaigns so that everyone can be aware and take better health care. Somewhere in underdeveloped countries to develop sewage disposal systems.

The first point is more important to me because health care needs to be provided first in countries in crisis. To ensure health care in crisis countries, rich countries should first come forward by financing and creating a good fund (in the health and nutrition sector).

Most of all what is needed is to provide free medical care through community clinics, and medicines and to hire doctors and nurses so that they can provide services free of cost under government initiatives.

In healthcare facilities around the world, half of the sanitation services lack basic services such as toilet water and soap, and this is where the risk of infection is highest. Therefore community clinics also play an important role in hygiene services. Safe water, sanitation and hygiene services should be strengthened in health centers to prevent and prepare for epidemics.

All child immunization programs in the nationwide health care network should include COVID-19 vaccination and infectious disease vaccination.

Many developing countries of the world have provided free vaccinations to our country during the covid epidemic and with the technical support of the United States, our country has also taken initiatives to produce covid 19 and other vaccines.

A recent report shows that there are many families who are often malnourished. It appears that their families do not have access to healthy food and affordable nutritious food. Another reason for this lack of access is that there are many children who do not eat nutritious fruits, vegetables and grains. Food insecurity and malnutrition are prevalent among these children.

In the underdeveloped countries of the world health as well as food security and nutritional security should be ensured overall development because most of the poor countries suffer from malnutrition. Therefore, World Health Organization can increase access to that. This project is being implemented in our country. So we need to focus more on growing sustainable and affordable food.

A food policy can therefore be adopted to make production, marketing and marketing of rice affordable and affordable by providing financial incentives to farmers for food production.

Food and beverages purchased by government initiatives for nutrition in certain quantities should be marketed at affordable prices.

All I want to say is that if the sanitation system is not implemented hygienically, contaminated hands and a contaminated environment, infection prevention and control in health care facilities will not be environmentally quality care, especially safe delivery is very important. Every year newborn babies die due to sepsis. Moreover, due to the lack of safe separation and disposal of waste in clinics, the germs of these wastes are making our surroundings more polluted due to the negligence of the cleaning staff.

So we have to take strict measures in this matter so that no harm is done to the environment due to any reason.

Organic fertilizers should be used more in agriculture instead of additional chemical fertilizers for food availability. And due to the use of insecticides and pesticides in large quantities, the nutritional quality of the food is lost and then the food produced for easy profit and cost-effectiveness becomes the cause of death. So agriculture should be observed impartially.

When a country can improve its health system and food, then the number of healthy people in that country will increase. Moreover, if we eat, prepare and serve food hygienically, the attack of germs will be reduced.

Along with human health, livestock and birds must also be vaccinated or else the birds will die of epidemics due to various pathogens. Humans can also be infected from these animals and birds.
