✅ What is sugar and what are it main types?

No matter what name we call sugar or Glucose, it is a sweet food made from plants or various fruit extracts that we call sugar.It's a sweet substance . Sugars are produced from sugarcane juice, especially from juice. Besides, there are many types of sugar available in the market, especially sugar made from marked beetroot and maple.

Another type of sugary substance available in the market is Tal mishri. Palm is made with sap secreted from trees.
Besides, sweet substances are made from the juice secreted from palm trees which we know as date molasses. Sugarcane molasses is also made from sugarcane juice.

All are sugary or sugary foods that are available in the market under different names. We get this sweet sugar or sugars from different ripe fruits.


✅What are the effects of exclusive sugar consumption on health?

  • I need sugars and fats for our body's energy. The foods we consume are sugar-like parts that enter the blood as glucose after digestion.

As a result of constant warnings from scientists and doctors, sugar is a poison for public health. Many experts say to exclude these sugars from our daily diet.

We've always heard that people who eat more of these sugar foods have a higher risk of developing diabetic heart disease and cancer.


Not only are sugars responsible for health problems and it may not be the case that eating sugar will cause diabetics


Some sugary foods are good to eat and eating this sugar increases appetite .That's why the demand to eat other foods increases after eating sugary foods. So nutritionists talk about eating less sugar to avoid gaining weight.

  • Scientists have studied how sugar foods have harmful effects on our health if high-calorie foods are consumed as well as high-dose sugar or sugary foods, they are at higher health risk .

  • It would not be correct to identify sugar or this sugary food as the main cause of the problem, which may also cause harm to the human body if it excludes a food it needs.


This sugar is an important part of energy.


Excess sugar or sweet foods are harmful to the body and these sugar foods contain many calories.
It's normal to gain weight, be it from sweet foods or any other calorie-rich foods
.

  • High-dose fruits-rich corn syrup or the type of juice available in the market, white sugar, can cause heart problems.This sugar helps store triglyceride fat in the arteries. So what the nutritionists have taken is this extra sugar-rich food or drink that makes me more likely to develop heart disease or diabetes.

  • Moreover, excess calories that increase weight because this excess weight gain is more likely to cause diabetes or high blood pressure. Sugar is a part of a high-calorie diet.

  • Moreover some genetic factors or environmental causes can cause diabetics .

I never liked sweet foods but I had diabetes the number one cause was obesity and genetics.
The main reason is that both my parents had diabetes and I am also genetically diabetic.


White poison is white sugar, blood sugar level is high they are suffering from diabetes.


So consuming this excess sugar can cause obesity, early aging, tooth decay, and brain damage, as well as various diseases of the body, from kidney damage to any organ damage in the body. Sugar has no nutrients, no vitamin no minerals and no protein .


There are only calories and this sugar is a poisonous food for diabetic patients


✅What are some health altitudes to refined sugar?

I need sugars and fats for our body's energy. The foods we consume are sugar-like parts that enter the blood as glucose after digestion .

The body needs sugar or sugary foods for energy.

In our balanced diet, we eat whole foods, especially carbohydrates, proteins, fiber, fat, vitamins and minerals.
We need all kinds of food to nourish the body .But no food should be consumed in excess.
Food should be eaten in limited form and we should eat foods that will keep the body healthy, especially low in carbohydrates and sugars and high in protein and fiber.

Sugar is the food, this sugar we eat in different types of food especially the process food available in the market especially from junc food to first food, rich food but sugar is given in all foods .So we must eliminate all these foods and these are high calorie foods. In addition to high calorie foods, if we eat sugary foods especially soft drinks, juices, sweets, desserts, etc. or more sweet foods, we will increase calories.


We need to eat fruits according to the needs of the body, so we will eat more vitamin C rich foods and less sugar foods. Especially ripe mangoes, jackfruit, bananas are found in high amounts of sugar .So should eat them less. So instead of sugar we can eat honey, date palm juice, dates, palm juice, sugarcane juice, and almonds, raisins .

We will eat less sugar as well as less high calorie food, in that case we will be healthy.

We Bengalis love sweet food a little more .Whether it's a dessert item or a break item, many people want to eat food, but we should eat less sweet food, but when we especially drink tea, especially milk tea, but we can't eat without sugar, we can use Stevia as an alternative. I can eat but the taste of the stebia doesn't feel as tasty as sugar. It takes a little bit of bitterness.


Many people use sweeteners instead of sugar which is very popular as zero calories in saccharin .

Diabetic patients are very popular as zero calories but should not eat it, it is also harmful to the body.

But sometimes when I drink black tea I mix this swider with but now I won't even use this sweetener just trying to drink tea without sugar, maybe one day I will get used to drinking tea without this sugar


✅Is it necessary to consume some sugar? Explain your reasons

Scientists or nutritionists are coming to say that sugar should not be completely stopped. First we need to know how much sweet food to eat to meet the daily food needs. We need to consume the same amount of sugar the body needs for energy. Eating too much sugar is dangerous, so eating too little sugar can be dangerous.

Sugar benefits again in many cases, --

  • like if someone suddenly gets sick he needs this sugar for energy .Especially when diabetic patients have hypoglycemia, these four to eight spoons of glucose or sugar have to be swallowed in water, in many cases glucose injection is required.

I've never liked sugary foods, and I'm a diabetic patient .So I sugar can't eat, but sometimes when I have hypoglycemia, especially when I haven't been able to eat for a long time, I eat any sugary food, especially chocolate.

Now at that moment this sugar is my great medicine for this disease.

So I think sugar should be consumed occasionally. White sugar like this poison for the body is a very important calorie food in case of illness.And when a sick person needs to be given quick calories, this sugar is a very beneficial friend.
