         INTRODUCTION

Everyone wants to live a healthy and good life, nobody wants to get sick or get really overweight. Obesity has become a big problem to the health of humans. Even little child are obese and this could literally become problems to them.

It is necessary that we keep fit and eat healthy food so that we can stay away from being obese.


          What is Obesity?

Obesity is a situation whereby the excess fat in the body is much which makes the person increase in weight. Obesity increases the likeliness of getting more sicknesses over time.
We get to see a lot of children now a days who get obese or overweight at a very little age. This Isn't actually good as it will lead to a lot of diseases.

There are different factors that could make a person obese and some of them are:

Genetics: Genetics causes obesity. It could be passed down from parents to their children through genetic codings. Most time causing insatiable cravings for food and so on. Some people's genes makes them likely to become obese.

Wrong Habits: People tend to go on some habits that makes them obese, some examples of such habits or behaviour are : Over eating, not partaking in any physical activity like exercises. A lot of people take in more calories into their body and don't burn them out. This will certainly cause the person to be overweight.
Eating Unhealthy food makes people obese, and not exercising too.

    How Obesity affects our health?

Obesity can affect our health a great deal, some of the results of obesity on our health are:

Cardiovascular Failure: A common effect of obesity is cardiovascular Failure. Obesity can cause difficulty in breathing because of too much fat in the respiratory system, making it difficult for breathing in of air.

Inability to do physical activities perfectly: someone who is obese finds it difficult to perfect physical activities like walking fast, running, dancing or exercising. The excess fat makes them overweight.

Stroke/Diabetes: obesity also causes stroke and it is a common result of an obese body. Diabetes is also common with obesity. Obesity causes hormonal changes which might affect sugar reduction in the body, thereby causing Diabetes.

There are other health challenges that are common with obesity.


Some effective ways to get rid of this problem.

There are lots of effective ways to get rid of an obese body and some of them are:

Eating healthily: Eating healthily is very good for the body. More intake of vegetables and fruits helps to reduce body fats. Balanced diet is adviced. Stay away from too much intake of processed food too.

Exercising is very important for the body. Keeping fit daily reduces body fats by burning off calories.

Sleeping adequately is also important to keep the body from obesity.

The body is very very important and we have to avoid being obese, so could be healthy and fit.
