Getting support and professional help is one of the best way to control alcoholism. I will add that there should be more enlightenment on the need to stay away from excessive intake of alcohol to the younger ones.

Greetings friend, thank you for this supportive comment, truly those are some helpful ways one can use to overcome alcoholism. When they admit they are adicts and seek help. The difficult part is them admitting that they are alcoholics as to them, it is only enjoyment.
