Wk30 : The Diary Game and your Health ( A stressful day in the farm)

Hello everyone and greetings to my fellow steemians colleagues and friends around the world most especially the ones in this great community of #Healthy-Steem, how are you all doing today? I believe you are all enjoying the beautiful and wonderful moments July brings to us, by the way I'm @john247 from Nigeria it's my pleasure having you in this amazing contest "The Diary Game and your Health" organized by @aaliarubab. I decided to take part in this weeks #30 contest to share with you all my diary game and health, and as well bring out my best in contest like this.

It all started yesterday when I and my other two of my siblings went to the farm, to harvest cassava which we wanted to used for garri processing, on our way to the farm we were discussing assive we have nothing ahead of us, when we got the farm we have to pray to God for strength to do the work we came for, after the prayer we started harvesting the cassava by uprooting and digging it out from the ground.

When are done harvest it, we started gathering them in one spot under a tree to avoid sunlight and then started pealing it immediately in the farm so that we can meet up with time, the pealing of the cassava took us some time to finish it since we are three in number after the pealing we decided to eat the bread and bigi coke we took there since we ate before leaving the house.

After eating and resting a little bit me and my brother went down to a spring close to the farm with some containers to fetch water, when we got to the stream we I drank water from the spring because it was neat and clean for drinking and then fetch the one which we used in Washing the cassava before taking it with wheel-barrow to the machine that will grounds it into cassava paste.

When we got to engine I was so tired and stressed out but luckily and unfortunately we meet some people who also came to ground their own cassava but they are waiting for the person in charge of the engine, so I just used that time to rest and relax my body a little bit before the person will comes, but my mind was not feeling relax because I have not finished the work am doing but I have no option than to just sit assive all is okay.

After like about 20 minutes the person in charge came and the grounding process begins immediately, so after grounding it, we have to pack the cassava paste from the engine and put it into a sack bag then allow it to ferment and hoping to come the next day which is today to fry it.

When we arrived there these morning the garri have been put in the presser by the person in charge of that place, this will helps drain and remove all the water in it, after that we then go ahead to remove it and filter out the chalfs from it. Then we begin the frying immediately which took some time but luckily and successfully we finished everything and the garri was ready.

To be sincere with you garri processing is a very hard task up till now am still having body pain but am acting assive everything is okay, I hope I will be okay by tomorrow.
