Health is very essential and important in our daily life's because it contributes vividly to the growth and development to our homes, surroundings, and communities that is to say with proper maintenance of good hygiene and mental health an individual is free and save from diseases and illness moving around the neighborhood, since we have come to know all this now, which means we have to move to any extent to achieve and acquire good hygiene and good mental health.
So back to the contest which I will be talking about infectious diseases.

What do you know as infectious diseases?
Infectious diseases or illness can seen as a disorderliness or caused by organisms, plants, creature and animals which includes virus, parasite, fungi, bacteria etc., infectious diseases includes monkey pox, coronavirus, HIV/AIDS, and many more of them.

How do infectious diseases spread, and what measures can individuals take to prevent transmission?

There are different ways that infectious diseases spread which I will be listing most of them out according to my knowledge and experience.

  • first here is airborne transmission which happens to occurs as a result of air pollution and wind blowing out dust and other infected particles into our homes or body , we can easily contact this diseases through the nose by breathing and mouth by talking.
  • Also this diseases can also spread through animals for example for those of that rear animals, we normally noticed that when one animal is infected with a particular disease if medical care is not taken urgently other animals will also get infected as well, at times even the care taker care can get infected from there he will begin to share to this diseases to his family members then friends will get contact also.
  • Infectious diseases can spread through health care services and center why because some hospitals and medical clinics pays less attention in maintaining proper hygiene as well as not disposing their waste and used items properly which may transfer this diseases to other patients and wards in the hospitals or even neighborhood.
  • Infectious diseases can be spread through improper maintenance of personal Hygiene and dirty hands, it happens that most of us don't wash our hands after using the toilet which is very bad of us, and it is really killing us silently in such a way that many people have contact infections because of this act, and also the clothes we wear matters what am saying is that we should always wear clean and neat clothes to avoid our body smelling and over sweating If possible don't share clothns,.

  • infectious diseases can be caused and acquire through unprotected sexual intercourse with victim or partner who is infected with one sickness or diseases and the order.

  • Last but not the least is some kind of food we eat and consume, such as spoilt and some of us don't wash our hands properly before eating which has been the reason why many people suffer from different diseases and illness, because you don't know where and we're you have touched with the hand or even the person you shake and money you exchanged with thesame hand that youvare

What are the differences between bacterial and viral infections, and how does this impact treatment strategies?

The difference between bacterial and viral infections are .....

  • Virus symptoms includes cough, sore throat, fever, chills and nasal congestion, while bacterial symptoms includes yellow or green mucus, unusual body pain, stiff neck and pain during urination.
  • virus feeds off of healthy cell in our body and sometimes destroy the host cell as they multiple, while bacterial may be within or in our body.
  • virus cannot be treated or cured with antibiotics while bacterial in some aspect can be treated with antibiotics
  • Viruses are parasitic which means they need living cells or tissue in which to grow. While bacterial don't need any living cells or tissue to grow and develop in size

How do socioeconomic factors influence the prevalence and impact of infectious diseases in different communities?

The followings are ways socioeconomic factors influence the prevalence and impacts of infectious diseases which are are
-first here is low income earnings which can lead to housing instability that is people living in polluted and noisy areas or environment

  • secondly is the lack of basic amenities such as pipe borne water, good roads and well develop area's
  • Lack or insufficient health centers and clinics can elevate the spread of different infectious diseases and illness
  • inefficiency of environmental hygiene and unskilled agency responsible for the cleaning and maintaining our society.
  • over population and unemployment can causes the spread of diseases and illness in our environment
  • lack of education centers and institution to help eradicate illiteracy and ignorance from the people and citizens of our states and country can be the cause of the spread of different diseases.
  • Industries and factory can be the cause of infectious diseases through the pollution of air by the smokes from their company.
  • poverty may be mediated by poor lifestyle and chronic comorbidities.
  • Government should provide free treatment to patients having infections and diseases this will helps reduce the level of illness and diseases around our neighborhood and environment.
