What do you understand by myalgia?"


Myalgia also known as muscular pain can be explain in a lay man terms as those signs and symptoms of diseases, injuries, infections, and other health and medical issues which is caused or triggered by an unpleasant sensation in the body.

write some common causes of it.


The following are the causes of muscular pain or myalgia which includes.....

  • Exercise; too much of exercise or when someone starts a new exercise routine or program, can lead and result to stiff, sore muscles.
  • Fibromyalgia; fibromyalgia which means is a chronic or long-lasting disorder that result to pain and tenderness all over the body, as well as fatigue, This condition can cause pain in your joints and muscles as well as problems with sleep.
  • Infections; infections such as bacteria, parasite, and viral can cause muscle stiffness in addition to other symptoms.
  • Dehydration; A person who is dehydrated may likely experience muscle aches and pains because drinking enough water is vital to keep the body functioning properly and in good condition if not so it can result to muscular pain or myalgia.
  • Stress and tension; which is another main cause why so many people are having and experiencing muscular pain In people who are unwell and stressed are likely to have muscular pain.

how can we reduce it .


The following are measures and ways of reducing muscular pain.....

  • first on the list here is sleeping, having a good and comfortable sleep is my number one way of reducing muscular pain as well as relaxing the body and mind most especially when you are tire and stress out, good and comfortable sleep cheers you up by regaining your strength and energy back.
  • Topical analgesics; topical analgesic is a medicine that's applied to the skin to relieve pain in your muscles and joints alike.
  • Drinking enough water also keeps your body relax, such as it keeps you hydrated and also improves and boost your immune
  • Improve posture can also help reduce myalgia that is by stretching, exercising more frequently and improving your posture.
  • Meditation is the deliberate focusing of attention to bring about feelings of calm and heightened energy and awareness. Regular meditation offers many health benefits.

  • some myalgia are caused as a result of stiffness of our Joint and other part of the body during exercise so ensure to Warm up before exercising and cool down afterward.

Of course yes there are different natural remedies suggestions that reduce myalgia or muscular pain which includes....

  • Turmeric. A plant from the ginger family, turmeric is often used in South Asian cuisine, such as curry, it helps relieve pain, inflammation and stiffness as a result of curcumin, a key chemical found in this herb.
  • Garlic (Allium sativum) is an herb related to onion, is used for the treatment of fatigue, Garlic consists of a bioactive compound called allicin.
  • Ginger, the "root" or the rhizome, of the plant Zingiber officinale, which has analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties helps treats stiffness, fatigue and muscular pain.

Temporary muscle pains may be reduced and may go away with home remedies such as Coconut oil, Banana, Exercise, Sleep, Magnesium sulfate,Chamomile, Massage, Rest and many more of them.However severe and chronic and worsening pains reduce our ability to do things in our daily life.
