What do you understand by mental peace

When we listen about the Mental peace We understand that it is the peace of mind that involves the happiness Joy and calmness in our minds. You can say that mental peace is a state when the mind is rest at all the times.

What are the effects of achieving mental peace on our body

★ Mental peace keeps our mind away from anxiety worriness depression and makes our bodies and mindset healthy .
★It brings about the feelings of delight and happiness which increases the happy hormones which are essential to remain healthy.
★when there's a piece of mind mechanisms of healings are faster as compared to the mind which is not at peace.
★Healthy mindset keep the person to focus more on their goals and their achieve their goals.
★mental peace decreases rate of respiration which that increases the heart rate which results in a deeper level of the physical relaxation.

THE WAYS TO ATTAIN MENTAL PEACE?
1:MEDIATION

Mediation involves that you should break from the environment of the world and observe that what is going you inside of you It is a pleasant state of the mind so in mediation you learn to observe the things as they are which plain important role to achieve the calmness in your life.

2:LESS USE OF MOBILE ‚ LAPTOPS ‚ TABS

AS WHEN WE USE MOBILES LAPTOPS AND SEE THE SCREENS ALL THE DAY WHICH CAUSES DISRUPTION IN OUR INNER PEACE. Then we use the mobile laptops all the days It causes a physiological changes in the brain and did you do ability to understand and it disturbs the peace of mind.

3: TRY TO REMAIN HAPPY

WE SHOULD MAKE OURSELVES HAPPY BUT THINKING OF GOODNESS. WHEN WE REMAIN HAPPY AND LAUGH IT BOOSTS THE IMMUNITY AND RELEASES THE HAPPY HORMONES AND DECREASES THE STRESS HORMONES THE PREVENTS THE HEART DISEASE AND ANXIETY AND MAKES OUR BODIES HEALTHY.

4:SPEND YOUR TIME WITH NATURE

WE SHOULD SPEND OUR TIME WITH THE NATURE SO THAT IF YOU SURROUND YOURSELF AROUND THE NATURE IT IMPROVES THE WELL-BEING .
WE SHOULD DEVELOP THE GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH THE NATURE SO THAT IF SURROUNDING IS GOOD YOU FEEL RELAXED AND YOUR MENTAL HEALTH IS IMPROVED.
