🌼 How does stress manifest itself in you physically?

Stress manifests itself in me physically by making me look sad and unhealthy. Stress changes my look and appearance when you take a look at me whenever stress has manifested itself in me physically you will see me look like someone who is mourning the death or who has just finished crying over her loss.

Stress manifests itself in me, by making me look ought and ugly because of how my face usually rises as someone who is not happy. Stress isn't a good thing when it manifests in us physically because it makes you not feel happy with yourself and those around you, and someone might think you aren't happy with him or her.


🌼 What do you do to minimize these ailments?

To minimize these ailments I usually stopped working or doing whatsoever that caused stress to manifest in me physically and rested. Resting and relaxing by eating good food or sleeping is what I usually do to minimize these ailments.

Also, to minimize these ailments I usually engage myself doing the things that would make me feel happy. Most of the time when I am been stressed, I go to bed and listen to music with a good vibe.


🌼 What suggestion or advice can you give people to manage stress and improve physical fitness?

My advice for people to manage stress and improve physical fitness is for them to work less than expected. Instead of working all day, it would end up making you feel stressed you should spend time and rest.

Spend a long hour and rest and try to make yourself happy by eating good food, doing exercises, and meditating on yourself. Avoid doing things that would cause you stress and concentrate on doing things that make you feel happy.

Es cierto cuando estamos muy estresados una de las mejores formas de ayudar a calmar ese estrés es dejando por cierto espacio de tiempo lo que estamos haciendo y que nos está causando mucho estrés.

Sin embargo cuando son cosas muy importantes aunque lo dejamos de hacer no dejamos de pensar en cómo lograrlo.

Descansar y tener una buena alimentación va a influir muchísimo en nuestro organismo para mantenernos como mejor control ante el estrés.
