The word environment is the surrounding in which the living organisms live. It comprises everything in our surroundings Such as air in which we breath, the wate we drink, soil, land, animals and plants. The environment is made up of living and non living things. It is a complicated system it includes both types of elements like man made and natural. The environment is very necessary in sustaining our lives and balancing our ecosystem. It provides us food, water to drink and places to live us. The environment is made up of two components like natural and artificial man made. The natural components of the environment are soil, water, climate, rivers and Forest ls. The man made components are different buildings , cities , houses and roads.

The surrounding environment has an impact on the human well being. The environment is that place where we live. If we live in a clean and healthy environment it can promote our physical health in a good manner because it reduces the exposure of the toxins pollutants. The green places if we can access it will reduces the stress and it is beneficial to improve our physical health and mental health. If we live in polluted areas it has negative impacts on our health. The surrounding environment also affects our mental health such as if we live in a healthy and calm environment it can give us a sense of peace and comfort, and helpful to promote our mental health. The natural component of the environment such as sunlight and the greenery can helpful to promote mental health. Our good relationships with our surroundings people can play a significant role in our mental well being. If we live in supportive community then we can feel a sense of belonging. But if we talk about the isolation in the society it can cause negativity for our mental health.

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€โš•๏ธ What are some ways pollution, like air or water pollution, can affect our health?

The air pollution or water both have effects on health of the living organisms. The air pollution can cause serious problems and diseases of the respiratory system such as cough, shortness of breath and emphysema and other lungs problems. The long time exposure to air pollutants can cause lung problems like Bronchiectasis, and asthma. The water pollution have serious health problems like diarrhea, and hepatitis. If we have been using contaminated water, the pollutants in the water can cause damage to the organs and also causes risk of the cancer. The polluted water can destroy the aquatic ecosystems and can harm to the biodiversity in the water.

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€โš•๏ธ What are some simple actions you take every day to promote environmental health?

Take simple actions like turn off the tap when you are brushing, or doing any other home task if water is using. we should keep clean of our surrounding environment to safe us from the toxins so that we can avoid ourselves form the disease.

The campaigns of education and awareness can guide about the benefits of sustainable lifestyle. By guiding the positive impacts recycling and conservation of energy and try to motivated people to incorporate the reused practice into day life. The educational awareness can guide about interlinkness of the environmental and social factors. The education can play an important role in the shape of the opinion of public, the citizens must me informed about the importance of health of environment are advocate for sustainable policies.

The word environment is the surrounding in which the living organisms live.

Oh, I get it! The environment is like our big, cozy home where we and all the other living creatures hang out. It's not just about where we live, but also about the air we breathe, the water we drink, and all the plants and animals that share our space.

The surrounding environment has an impact on the human well being.

You are absolutely right .Our surroundings really matter when it comes to how we feel. When we're in clean, peaceful places, we feel happier and healthier. But if we're stuck in polluted areas, it can make us feel messy and even sick sometimes. So, taking care of our environment is super important for keeping us all feeling good.
