The swollen blood vessels in the region of rectum and anus. They can be internal and external, the internal means inside the region of rectum and external means outside the rectum. The are many factors which can cause the hemorrhoids. It can cause constipation, diarrhea and obesity. The raised pressure In the veins of the anus can causes the hemorrhoids. The symptoms of the hemorrhoids are pain in the rectum region, a sense of discomfort.

hemorrhoids which of them I will discuss here. One of the major cause is the strain with the movements of bowel. When there is strain while passing the stool, the pressure in the veins in the anal region increases which ultimately causes the hemorrhoids.
The constipation and diarrhea can cause hemorrhoids. When someone has difficulty while passing stool or having diarrhea,it can cause infection and inflammation in this area.
The obesity is a major cause of hemorrhoids, the excessive body weight puts pressure on our body and on the veins in that area of the anus ultimately causes inflammation and then hemorrhoids.

The treatment of hemorrhoids is available,it is treatable. The treatment can be done on the basis of the severity of the symptoms.
In the case of mild hemorrhoids, the life style modification can be helpful. The dietary food in the regular diet like fruits, grains and vegetables. Use of plenty of water can regulates the bowel movement. The use of regular exercises can also help to prevent constipation.
If the case is severe, the treatment is change it will be surgical treatment. The surgical treatment of hemorrhoids is called as hemorrhoidectomy, that procedure in which the hemorrhoids are removed. It is applicable when there is no positive response to other medical treatment.

The hemorrhoids can internal and external. The internal hemorrhoids are located in the inner Side of the rectum. Their symptoms are bleeding while bowel movements.
The external are present outside the anus. The are in the shape of swollen lumps. The pain and bleeding are symptoms.
