Remedy 1

It is very effective way to gargling with salty warm water for sore throat. I will tell you why this is benifical and effective because the salt will help to excrete extra fluid from the affected tissues and can provide pain relief and reduce swelling.Add half table spoon if salt in the warm water and then dissolve salt in the warm water with the help of a spoon. After that start gargle with the warm water in which we dissolve salt for 30 to 60 seconds. Then spot it out and then repeat for two to three times.
