What cause you headache primarily in your life?

It is a common element which is caused by a no of factors.Tension headache is a type of headache, it is a frequent type of headache. Sometimes it is defined as a tight band which is feel around the head area. The causes of this type of headache can be stress, tension and can be lack of sleep.The migraine is defined as tense, throbbing Iike pain. It is one sided headache. The symptoms of migraine headache is the vomiting, nausea. The patients of migraine headache are sensitive to light. The causes of migraine headaches change in the activity of brain, hormonal changes can be of the causes.
Cluster headache is a severe headache. The meaning of cluster headache is that it occurs in different times. It can be for weeks or can be months. The causes of this type of headache is unknown. But it is considered as the changes in the blood vessels of the brain.The type of headache which is caused by the inflammation and infection in the area if sinus. In this type of headache the pain occurs in the forehead and can be around the eyes.Dehydration is a serious reason of the headache. When we skip our meals for a long time it can trigger headache.some medication can cause headache as a side effect. It is rare that the brain tumours can cause headache.

What you do personally to get relief from headache?

•NSAIDS are used to relieve headache. Commonly Panadol is also used.

•Dehydration is a factor that can contribute headache. So we should try to drink at least eight glass of water daily which can help to prevent headache. Sleep of 8 hours per night can prevent headache. Proper sleep can improve our overall health.

•Proper diet can maintain our health and prevent headache. Avoid foods that can trigger headache such as meats and caffeine. Regular exercise can prevent headache as the exercise can improve blood circulation.

Con el dolor de cabeza debemos ser muy cuidadosos porque, este síntoma puede generarnos muchos problemas de salud. Hace poco leí un caso de que una persona pasó un año con dolor de cabeza frecuente y por no asistir al médico, no supo a tiempo que tenía un tumor.
