Global health is an organization concerned with understanding, monitoring and improving the health of human populations throughout the world.
They are working to overcome an issue that only recently sounded like a case a few years ago that caused a stir throughout the world, namely the Covid-19 case. As we know, the Covid-19 case made a lot of noise a few years ago, because so many controversies started to emerge. from vaccines that have terrible side effects.
In fact, not only that, as several years ago, there were also cases of HIV/AIDS, malaria and other diseases for which even now no medicine has been found to treat these diseases.
However, in the end, in this case, the cause of the disease was found, and it was none other than HIV/AIDS which occurred because of an act of promiscuous sex, and it is the task of world health experts to solve this case.
All of these cases were carried out by the world's best health experts who were formed in an organization, namely WHO, which is one of the organizations or institutions that is well known throughout the world.

Health is a very important aspect in our lives, and there are many things that play a role in ensuring we live healthy, but the most important point is balanced nutrition, and always maintaining cleanliness.

Balanced nutrition
Eating a balanced diet that contains important nutrients such as protein, carbohydrates, healthy fats, and diligently consuming vitamins and minerals is very important for health.
Cleanliness
Maintaining body cleanliness and washing your hands diligently after outdoor activities is one of the things we can apply to protect our bodies from disease, especially in modern times like today, public awareness of the importance of protecting the environment is very minimal, so many of us meet people who throw rubbish carelessly, so germs multiply very quickly.

Mental health is one of the things that is not important, because as we know and we have even gone through various health cases that have rocked the world in recent years, we as creatures who have intelligence should understand something and should be aware of how to maintain our own health. , and also want to clean up the house and the surrounding environment, even if it's just a little, it has a big impact on us and our environment.
However, we as humans actually forget this important point, because many people carry out cleaning activities just for the sake of fame, and also looking for a platform, in fact many environmental activists in some areas are not even aware of the importance of cleanliness.

There are no points that need to be added, what humans should only do is to be self-aware of each of us to always protect the environment by carrying out various activities related to cleanliness, because as we know.
The source of disease is at the level of cleanliness, but if we look at how humans think in recent years, there is no awareness of the importance of maintaining cleanliness at all, so even though WHO has formed dozens of organizations, if we as humans are not aware and don't want to start taking small steps starting from always maintaining cleanliness. So, all of that will just be a dream.
