In a beautiful community Healthy Steem a contest is organized by @ikwal and the theme of this contest is "Your Favorite home sport".I am going to participate in the contest.

There are many sports that can be played at home, and through these sports, we can strengthen our bodies and improve our fitness.


Treadmil

The treadmill is an exercise through which we can improve our health as well as lose weight, and if we use it on a daily basis, we avoid diseases like heart attacks. Even chronic diseases do not touch us. By using a treadmill, we can improve our sleep pattern, boost our mood, and ensure that our brain functions are working well. Using a treadmill helps you achieve your fitness goals and keeps your body in good shape as extra fat is eliminated from the abdomen. If we walk on the treadmill for 300 minutes every week, we can easily lose weight and improve our health.

Push-ups

Push-ups are also a very important exercise, as they strengthen the upper body and also work the pectoral muscles. Push-ups are a very effective exercise for increasing power. Push-ups burn calories and reduce weight; they also increase blood circulation. The most important benefit of push-ups is that they strengthen the muscles and increase strength as well. In particular, the muscles of the hands, chest muscles, and shoulder muscles become stronger.

Bedminton

Badminton is one of the best sports to be played at home, by which we can keep our bodies fit and also improve our health, as playing badminton improves our speed and endurance. Badminton, if we play it on a daily basis, strengthens our heart muscles and also reduces the risk of clogging blood vessels. If you play badminton for an hour, you burn 300 calories, and as we increase our playing speed, we burn more calories and lose excess body fat. As we constantly move around while playing badminton, it makes our muscles much stronger and fitter, which results in a beautiful muscle structure.
