Before Professional medical help arrive first aid is the initial assistance or medical treatment given to a person who has unexpectedly been ill or injured Simple methods and fundamental medical knowledge are used to stabilize the patients condition & stop additional damage. First aid tries to prolong life relieve suffering & hasten healing until more sophisticated medical care can given.
"first aid is given in a variety of circumstances. It is offered at home, at work place, in school, or in a public venue. Accidents , injuries, acute diseases, and emergencies like heart attacks, strokes, choking, burn, fractures & bleeding are a few prominent situations where giving first aid is essential. First aid quickly can lessen the severity of injuries or illnesses and considerably increase the likelihood of survival and prevent from spreading of infection. first aid box is a kit that contains basic tools & medical materials that are needed to offer first assistance during accidents & emergencies. Adhesive bandages, sterile gauze pads, antiseptic wipes, adhesive tape, scissors, tweezers, gloves, and other necessities are frequently included. A first aid kits goal is to ensure that basic medical supplies are easily accessible in one practical area enabling quick reaction & treatment in the event of injuries or unexpected diseases. Having a well-stocked & convenient first aid kit can greatly increase the effectiveness & efficiency of offering emergency medical care.

Uses of items in First aid box:

First aid kit contain many items that are really assential for daily use .
Here I'll share some basic itesm with pictures and their uses that must have in everyones first aid box .

1)Bandage or sunny plast

First aid kits must contain bandages which are used to cover & protect wounds while offering support & encouraging recovery. SunnY plast which provide a quick and sterile solution for dressing small wounds & abrasions.

2)Pyodine

In order to clean and disinfect wounds & to promote healing payodine is used .

3)sicessor

First aid box must contain sicessor to cut and remove bandages in emergency situations.

4)Ointments

First aid box must contain some ointments like polyfex , betnovat, burnol etc . Burnol is used to treat minor burns to prevent blisters and betnovat is used in case of allergy or itching or bacterial infection.

5)Dettol

Dettol must be present in first aid box .it is antiseptic liquid use to clean wounds .it prevents bacterial and viral infections.

6)Gloves

Gloves are also important part of first aid box .gloves are used to prevent infection from spreading and contamination .
We must use gloves while treating someone in order to prevent germs from spreading.

7)Tablets

There must be some essential tablets in first aid box like panadol , bruffen , paracetamol etc .
The most commonly used tablets are panadol that is used to relief headache and body pain instantly.

8)Cotton

We can not forget Cotton it is also the basic and most important part of first aid box. Cotton is used to clean wounds ,blood and also use for applying any ointment or antiseptis on wound or injured parts .
