I hope everyone would be fine and i am also fine and enjoying my beautiful friday.So today the post is very interesting because it is related to our diet.The contest topic is "Balanced Diet" and this contest was hosted by @suboohi in the Healthy Steem posting community.

* What do you understand by balanced diet?

A balanced diet is an important for maintaining our health and an energy. It provides our body with all the nutrients in it needs to function properly.

Key Nutrients in the Balanced Diet :

A balanced diet that is includes a carbohydrates for an energy or the proteins for the muscle to repair or a fats for the energy storage and the vitamins and the minerals for overall health. Water is also essential for the digestion and a hydration.

The Importance of a Variety:

Eating a different types of food is a crucial because no single food can provides all the necessary nutrients. Fruits and vegetables can offer vitamins or grains give energy and the proteins like a meat or fish and beans that help in a muscle repair.

Benefits of the Balanced Diet:

A balanced diet does not only to keeps the body for more a healthy but it is also to boosts the mental well being by the providing in the consistent energy. It can be helps to prevent the nutrient in the deficiencies and to supports in the overall health.

Effects of diet on overall health.

A healthy diet has a big impact on the overall health. Eating a balanced diet can gives the body nutrients it needs to work a properly. It will helps to maintain a healthy weight or to supports the immune system and to reduces the risk of a diseases like diabetes or heart disease and the some cancers. A good diet is also improves the energy levels that is helping you to feel more an active throughout the day.

On the other hand the eating unhealthy foods that can be lead to gaining an extra weight or feeling weak or a tired and that can cause an issues like to being overweight and having an high blood BP pressure. It can also be weaken to the immune system by making it harder to fight off infections. In short what you eat as directly to affects how you feel and how your body is functions.

What diet do you prefer for your health care and why?

I will prefer a balanced diet for my health because it is provides everything to my body needs to stay strong and an active. I make sure to eat a plenty of fruits and vegetables because they are the rich in vitamins and fiber which can help with in the digestion and to overall health. I also include the proteins like chicken or fish and beans to build and to repair my muscles. Whole the grains like a rice and bread can give me the energy to stay active throughout the day.

I am trying to avoid too much sugar and the processed food because they can be lead to the weight gain and a health problems. Drinking enough water is also an important to keep my body hydrated. This is simple and balanced diet can helps me to feel healthy and an energized.

Any diet on your suggestions makes healthy?

A simple and a healthy diet should be include a mix of the different foods. Eat a plenty of fruits and an vegetables for the vitamins and a fiber. Include the proteins like a chicken fish or beans and eggs to help build the strong muscles. Whole grains like a rice or the oats and whole wheat like bread to provide an energy.

Healthy fats from a nuts or a different seeds and to the olive oil are too good in the small amounts. Avoid too much sugar or fried food and the junk food. Drinks enough water to stay hydrated. Eating a small balanced meals throughout the day can helps to keep energy levels for steady and to supports the overall health. This is kind of an diet to keeps the body strong and more healthy.
