When I was going to school, I thought that a person who developed this disease would die in a very short time and there was no treatment for it.

But by joining a project when I was young, I became aware that HIV is the virus that causes AIDS, and that the risk can be reduced by antiretroviral therapy (ART), which is a life-long treatment for AIDS.

This can extend the life of the patient. But if this ART is continued, the patient affected by AIDS can survive only for a few years but eventually they will die due to the deadly virus.

• Do not share sharp things with close ones.

We should refrain from public use of objects that can pierce through our body like needle, razor, scissors etc. In other words we should not share even among our close family members. It is best to buy our personal things for our personal use so as not to become a pile of things done by our carelessness.

• Safe sex

In fact, this is the most popular reason for the spread of AIDS around the world. Nature has created human beings to have a need for sex. There is really nothing wrong with having sex with your partner.

It's a normal situation because that's how we were created, but in that process we must follow the safety first rule. Any person can argue about the faithfulness of your husband or wife.
But they are constantly clashing with this society. For example, your husband goes to the salon to cut his hair and due to an oversight, a small cut from a razor blade will turn your life upside down.

Therefore, condoms should be used regularly for protection. Remember that trust and safety are two different things.

CONCLUSION

AIDS is currently the deadliest disease in the world and the HIV virus can destroy the body's immune system. But with the advancement of medicine, the condition of the infected can be managed using Antiretroviral Therapy (ART).The disease will not cure itself and their life span will be extended. What we need to understand here is that we should put self-defense first and try as much as possible to use condoms during sex.Also, avoid sharing objects that can pierce our body with loved ones.
