As I see it, peace of mind is simply the absence of conflict or resistance or restlessness in the mind. In other words, peace of mind is a state of mind that is always at rest. It is like a boat floating in calm water.
When you have mental peace, you have a sense of calmness and an increased ability to focus and do what you choose.
It's social roles and perceived pressures, guilt, comparison, your to-do list, stress, worry, or fear that clutter your mind. Mental peace is where none of this is.
We are always trying to clash with this competitive world to give ourselves and our loved ones a more comfortable and superior life.
I believe there is good value in fighting for all this. In order to survive, we must first free up more mental space.
Actually, as I understand it, mental peace is the most special part of your well-being. According to Buddha's philosophy, the mind is the cause of everything in human life.
Especially if you have enough wealth to live your best life, if you don't have a good mental space or peace in those things.
There will be no happiness, so don't forget to pay attention to health, physical aspects, and take care of mental well-being.
