"Wk 24: The Diary Game and Your Health | Rabindra jayanti - 08-05-2024"

Thank you @aaliarubab for organising such an important diary game contest. I took the opportunity to participate in the health contest. I would like to invite three of fellow Steemians to participate in the contest. @viajarparasanar @yakspeace @aprendeconkevin

Yesterday I got up at 7 AM. I did my basic hygiene. I had a morning tea with biscuit. I read the newspaper. I had my breakfast with egg poach and oats milk. I had my medicines. Due to heavy rain on Sunday and Monday the temperature was falling drastically and yesterday 's highest and lowest temperature were 30.2°C and 22.4°C both 5°C below normal. The day was very pleasant. I went to garden and provided support to the coconut sapling as it was tilted.

Yesterday was 163rd Rabindra jayanti. Rabindranath Tagor is the author of three national anthems of the countries India, Bangladesh and Srilanka. Normally on the day people of Kolkata and many parts of the world celebrated the day singing his song, playing drama written by him and reciting his poetry. I went out listening the Rabindra Sangeet from loud speaker of Diamond Harbour Road Hawkers Association which has displayed a hording larger than the frame of Kabi guru. This is camafleg for some ulterior motive of occupying the space for their future agenda (right side picture).

After visiting two three clubs I felt hungry and I had one malpua a local sweet paratha.

I returned home. I took rest for a while. I took a shower. It was time for lunch. I had lunch with rice and capcicum chicken curry. I took a nap. I had some fruits afterwards.

I started writing another post and finished writing. I watched one YouTube video of my favourite youtuber. It was a video of Turtuk Village visit in Ladhak. The place was occupied by Pakistan for long time since 1947. But now it's under India after drawing of Line of control between the two countries.

I had a cup of tea with biscuit. I went out for a stroll. I saw some boys playing football in street light. I had a calorie free sweet Glucose water.

I returned home. It was almost time for dinner. I had roti and vegetables paneer. I had my medicines at bedtime.
