Wk 21: The Diary Game and Your Health | 15-04-2024"
Thank you @aaliarubab for organising such an important diary game contest. I took the opportunity to participate in the health contest.
Yesterday I got up at 8 AM. I did my personal hygiene. I checked my blood glucose count which was found to be 117. I had a cup of Tea with biscuit. I went to garden and water the plants. I also collected clothes hanged for drying from garden. I had breakfast with oats milk and omlate. I had my morning medicines. I read the newspaper. I started writing engagement challenge post.
I took break from writing. I took a cold water shower. I had lunch with rice, Manchurian fish and bottle gourd and neem bagun. I again started writing and completed. I took a nap. I had dry fruits afterwards. I started writing another post. Finished and published the post. I had a cup of Tea with biscuit.
I went out for a stroll. I found a new shop of gift items and interior decoration objects. There were different stone status, photo frames, water falls. It has really a spectacular collection. It seems best shop for gift items of the area. I spend sometime and did some photography.
While going towards a Charak Mela I noticed many gold and jwellery shoppe are offering discount on making changes. Tanishq is a Tata company and others is local renowned company. Earlier they were known as M P Jwellery now they have changed to M P J Jewelers.
I took an auto from stand for Charaktala where a fair was held. It was about 2 Km from stand. I reached within 12 min. There only few hawkers. One person had come with his wife, son and grandson alongwith a Labrador. They were selling posters photos and inflated toys. There were some others also.
I returned home quickly by auto. I watched one youtube video of my favourite youtuber. It was video on Laddakh visit. It was their intro video of the series. They reached a offbeat place. It is really spectacular.
In the meantime my dinner was ready. I had roti and paneer sabji. I took my medicines at bedtime.

Your diary is always owsome and seems good and perfect your blood gulucose is also admire able because my mother is the diabetic patient she always takesay care of her health very much she take medicine on time but she become weak and some time very helpless because her suger level get low and then she is helpless about her condition allah always bless both of you

It's good how we get to look after our health daily to make sure we stay afloat. Checking your blood sugar level is a very good thing to do and balancing your food with fruits is good. Goodluck
