"Wk 20: The Diary Game and Your Health | 06.04.2024 Weekend"

Yesterday i woke up at 7 AM. I did my personal hygiene. I had a cup of tea without sugar. I went to garden and water the plants. The vegitable vendor came to our door step. We took some vegetables. I did some house chores. I helped in cleaning vegitable and cutting. I had breakfast with oats milk and omet. I had my morning madicine. I read newspaper for an hour.

I watched some YouTube video of favourite youtuber. It was moto blog ride to extreme north east Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh. It was very thrilling as well as challenging. They are a popular couple from Kolkata traveling all over India with their KTM two wheeler.

I took a cold water shower. Our lunch was ready. I had rice and vegetable fish curry and bitter flower. I took a nap. I checked my blood glucose count which was found to be 103. I had some papya and dry fruits. I started writing my post for another community. I finished writing and post it.

In the afternoon I had some beaten rice and tea without sugar. I went out for stroll. I saw children are playing football in the park. As the whether was very hot I wanted to have a lassi but it was not available in sweet shop. There's a alternate Amul Masti Masala Buttermilk which I had. It was sugar free and nourishing.

There was three days long exhibition of various items as well as fast foods and grocery. I visited the stalls. The items were not so attractive as per the price. I just took some photos.

I enquired about my medicines in the medical shop. The woner asked me collect on Monday. I have medicines upto Tuesday.

I returned home. My dinner was ready. I had dinner with roti and paneer. I had my medicines at the bedtime.

There is no way to turn back time, but certain vitamins can slow down premature aging. Skin changes are common with aging And physical weakness also comes, so good diet and exercise can be our best help to slow down this process. Best wishes for you my friend 🥰
