"Wk 14 : The Diary Game and Your Health | 23.02.2024 Friday"

Thank you @aaliarubab for organising such an important diary game contest. I took the opportunity to participate in the health contest. I would like to invite three fellow Steemians also to perticipate @eveetim @daprado1999 @aprendeconkevin.

Morning

Yesterday morning I got up at 8 AM. I did my basic hygiene. I had a cup of tea liquor with cream cracker biscuit and a slice of ginger. Ginger helps in clearing gas, acidity and indigestion. Now there is a breez of seasonal change as the month is also on verge of end. I went to garden and water the plants.

I went to market to buy some vegetables. I bought one bottle gourd and papaya. It is considered that bottle gourd helps in control of blood pressure. Some ingredients in papaya remove cholesterol coating on arteries. I returned home. I had my breakfast with omlate and oats milk. I had my morning medicines. I read newspaper thoroughly. I washed my clothes. I took a shower.

Afternoon

I had my lunch at 12:30 PM. I had rice, bottle gourd curry and boneless chicken. At 2:30 PM I checked my blood glucose count. It was found to be 135. I had an orange afterwards. I took a nap. I had a cup of coffee without sugar at 4:00 PM.

I went out for a stroll. I found beautiful season flowers are displayed to sell by hawker. I went to hospital to check my body weight which was found to be 60 Kg. It is same as month ago. In front of hospital I found a some Badri and Munia birds in the cage for selling.

On the way I encountered a shop selling frozen meat and ready to cook fish fries and fish fingers. Price of two pieces of ready to cook fish fries are 120 as same as for fried one at restaurant. The name of the shop is Rupkatha (Fairy Tales) which is dealer of government Milk, Honey, Ghee, Mastered sauce and Yogart also.

I also visited Samabayika Super Market Behala to check the latest arrival and offers. They give minimum 10% discount on printed price for all products. Photography inside Store is not allowed. I returned home.

I tried to login steemit but the server was down. I watched TV for sometime.

Night

I had dinner with roti and sabji. I had my medicines at bedtime.
