Morning
Today morning I got up 8:00AM. I did my basic hygiene. I had a cup of liquor tea without sugar. I checked my blood glucose count by the glucometer which was found to be 100. I skipped the breakfast because I had to reach a eye check up camp at 9:30AM. I came out at 9:00AM. I saw the local boys were playing cricket in the park as usual.
I reached the eye check up camp venue but they changed the timing to 12:00 Noon, on the way I meet Mr. Chatterjee. While returning from there I spoke to Mr. Chatterjee who was waiting for me at the tea stall. We had a cup of tea. We exchanged good news as well as other information.
I proceeded towards Behala New Market and bought some fish and vegetables.
I returned home and after a short while we had early lunch with rice, dal and fish curry with vagitable. I daily have a boiled Indian gooseberry (amloki). I had my two medicines also.
Today being 75th Anniversary of Republic Day of India everywhere it is celebrated by flag hoisting. Two persons Mithu Chakraborty ( Boliwood Film star) and Usha Uthup (Renowned singer of multilingual songs) from West Bengal received Padma Bhushan today from President of India.
Afternoon
Again I went to Eye check up camp. I returned home at 1:00PM. I checked my blood glucose count with glucometer. It was found to be 169. I had an orange and piece of papaya afterwards. I had a cup of coffee at 4:00PM. I saw some utube videos on Republic Day Parede of Delhi as well as Kolkata. I also read newspaper.
In the evening I went out for a stroll. I saw boys are playing football in the park. I saw a butiful flour decoration at the marriage reception hall.
I further walk through the market and took one photo in front of Bazaar Kolkata from where I bought the woolen jacket and cap wearing now at 30% discount.
Night
I returned home. I started writing my post. In the meantime my dinner was ready. I had roti, dal and sabji. I will have my medicines at bedtime.

Waw, this is really impressive, I can see that throughout the day, today activities is fun from morning till night. But the problem I have with you is, you have not invited us to your country party, atleast we would have come to taste Indian food, it's not fair 🤣
