What do you understand by bloating?
Bloating in Acehnese is "Meu angen" or in Indonesian we call it masuk angin, but in medical terms bloating is when there is a buildup of gas in the stomach and intestines.
People who experience bloating will feel their stomachs feel tight and full so that people who experience bloating can be hampered in carrying out many of their activities.
Write down some causes of bloating
Here are some causes of bloating:
Because of food that is difficult to digest
Because of consuming processed foods that contain fructose or sorbitol such as fruit juice
Because of consuming foods high in sodium such as instant noodles and packaged snacks
- Because of consuming fatty foods that tend to take longer to digest
Those are some causes of bloating that we can avoid so that we avoid bloating, because bloating itself is a disease that makes us feel uncomfortable.
Give some home remedies to cure bloating
Here are some home remedies that can be done to treat bloating.
Eat slowly, because eating slowly can inhibit air from entering your stomach.
Warm your stomach using wind oil or compress with warm water.
Gently massage your stomach, because massaging your stomach slowly can help smooth bowel movements that will release gas trapped in your stomach.
Walk, when you experience bloating, try walking or stretching for about 10 to 15 minutes, because walking or stretching can help relax the muscles in your stomach so that gas trapped in your digestive tract can come out easily so that it can relieve bloating.
