What do you understand about a balanced diet?
A balanced diet is paying attention to a balanced diet when we are on a diet, meaning that the food we consume has complete nutrition so that our bodies remain healthy and well maintained when on a diet.
In a balanced diet we must consume all types of foods that have enough nutrition for our bodies such as fruits, vegetables, grains, milk, meat and foods that have enough carbohydrates to keep our bodies healthy.
The effect of diet on overall health
There are many positive effects produced by the diet that we do, including being able to prevent several dangerous diseases such as preventing heart disease, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, kidney disease, cholesterol and gout.
Seeing several dangerous diseases that can be overcome by diet, it seems that we all must go on a diet to keep our bodies healthy and avoid some of the dangerous diseases above.
What diet do you like for your health care? And why?
The diet that I like for my health care right now is the Keto Diet. A little information about the keto diet is a diet that reduces carbohydrate intake in the body, and you are only allowed to consume foods with carbohydrates of no more than 50 grams per day.
The function of this diet is that the body will experience a lack of glucose which is the main source of energy for the body, so the body will break down fat and protein. With this process, our bodies will experience faster weight loss.
However, this diet is only recommended to be done for a short time, namely a minimum of 2 to 3 weeks and a maximum of 6 to 12 months.
Are there any healthy diet suggestions based on your experience?
In my experience, a good diet is a diet that is done with a balanced diet as we have discussed above, but we also have to fill our diet with regular exercise every day, at least what we do is light exercise such as walking 10,000 steps a day.
Thus our bodies will remain healthy with weight that continues to decrease every day, and walking also has many benefits, one of which is that it can tighten the skin.
