How are you All? Hope everyone doing well and enjoying their day's with family and friends. Alhumdullhiah i am also fine and enjoy my day's at home. I am here to participate in this amazing contest. There are many community available on this platform but i love with the core of Heart with this community Healthy Steem . Because i am Pakistani and love with this community instead of there that's why i expected the Great repssone back from this community.

What kind of home remedies do you use to relieve the common cold?

I often used many remedies to use relieve the common Cold i mentioned some of these remedies Here.

My First priority to use the very effective remedies to relives the cold in top i use the Ginger mix with the lemons and also ad some tae and made the kehwa. Its very affective because its cover my clod very instant.

In next if they not work i use the honey put in hot water and make the kehwa and add the Sugar with own taste it's relive my Cold.

In third method we use the Josh and which is totally herbal and very affective i put in to hot Water and enjoy this its very useful and very affective.

What do you think causes a cold?

I think the cold is virus which is spread by the different sources like the sneezing, meeting with others or spread one by one it's dangerous for one place to other place so we need to avoid to visit the public place. The other cause to Cold the chill weather which stimulus the cold or weak immunity system.

This is how I make my go-to ginger tea:

•Boil 2 cups of water

•Add 1 tbsp of freshly grated ginger.

•Let it simmer for 5–7 minutes.

•Add 1 tsp of honey and a few drops of lemon juice.

•Strain and sip it warm,2–3 times a day.

How many days can you wait from the time you take your prescription until you are completely healed?

After taking the my specail remedies also 2 day's I feel much better in some time if i not feel better almost 4 to 6 day's i feel well after taking my rest. We also know the every common sytomp disappear after taking rest. This is my entry about this amazing contest hope everyone like it and support me on this platform.
