Hope your all doing well and enjoy your day with family and friends Alhumdullhiah I am also fine and enjoy my university vacation which is near to end. Today I am here to participate in this contest which is organized by @suboohi. I am very thankful my senior Steemins for organizing this amazing contest I also participate in this hope you all like it let's start our today task without any more daley of time
Hypertension is a condition in which the Heart Pump the blood in high pressure on the wall's of arteries.The normal blood pressure 120/80.The upper pressure is called systolic and the lower pressure is diastolic. The systolic pressure is high more than 80 in everage day this condition is called hypertension. The pressure hit on the walls of arteries more than 80 this condition is called hypertension.
Yes hypertension if we left the untreated this condition this lead many health problem.In this condition we need to monitor the our blood pressure day snd night and worte on the paper. We decided to hypertension condition on the average value of weak. It can lead the several heart problem.
Heart Disease
Hypertension can causes the heart disease like the coronery artery failure also cause the heart muscle damage.
Stroke
High blood pressure can damage the blood vessels and lead the Brain damage vessels it increase the risk of stroke.
Kidney Damage
Long term hypertension is cause the kidney damage also chronic kidney disease and kidney failure.
Eyes Problem
Hypertension lead the damage of eye's blood vessels the vessele which supply the blood to eye's it damage and make problem to vision.
Yes lifestyle changes can effectively manage hypertension it's control with medication in market there are many medicine are available to reducing the blood pressure but we can also control with changes our life style.
Control Dite
We control our blood pressure by adopting helaty dite plan like fruits, vegetables and grain.
Control Intake Sodium
We control our blood pressure by reducing the intake the sodium amount we intake less amount of sodium like 23,00 milligrams.
Physical Activities
We also control our physical and mental health by adopting the healthy physical activities like Swimming, Jogging, Walking and Cycling.
Avoid Smoking
We avoid the tambacco used and avoid from alcohol consumption.
Monitor the Blood
We reduce the the risk of hypertension with moniter the blood pressure every time if we feel they higher we manage with stress amd Contral with therapy.
