"Today cooking about lady finger "

Hope you all are doing well and I am also good by the grace of God today I am very excited to shear you a very healthy recipe which is use for eat or hair and face and body and this recipe name is ladyfingers and this dish is very powerful for eat so let start to the post .

So for this powerful recipe we need these ingredients first we will take
ladyfingers
onion
Tomatoes
Garlic
Ginger
Coriander
And meetballs
These all thing we need in these power full and amazing recipe.
So first of all we should wash the ladyfingers and put it in a bucket full of water and dip it then take it out and filter the water and dry it when it is dry then it is becomes clear.

After washing and drying the ladyfinger and put it in a large pan and cut it into small pieces. When making the ladyfigures they cut it into small pieces.

After cutting I have to make a paste of tomato and onion ginger garlic and after that I need a pan in which I add the meetballs and all this paste and cook it well.It will take 10 to 15 minutes to cook it, when it is cooked in 10 to 15 minutes, the water that I put in it in the pan and the water that was in the paste will be dry and than i will add our taste in it. Some spices will also be added according to the taste and after adding the spices, when the water in it dries up completely and it cooks in 10 to 15 minutes, after that we cut the slices of ladyfingers into small pieces then add them together.

Now I tell you about this ladyfingers benefits
1:The Lady fingers have a lot of soluble fibre and which slows the down of digestion and the absorption of carbs and thereby of preventing sudden to changes in the blood sugar.
2:Healthy skin. These ladyfinger Bhindi contains to the carotenoids and that are the required by the body to the repair our skin cells.
3:The vitamin C of these content in the ladyfingers that helps in the collagen of production and which helps in the strengthening for hair.
