  • The best things for the our body to are simple and natural. Eating the balanced diet full of the fruits and vegetables or whole grains and that lean proteins gives to our body the nutrients and it needs to stay that the healthy. Drinking plenty of the water keeps to us hydrated and the helps our organs function to well. Regular exercise like the walking or yoga and keeps our muscles and the heart strong. Getting the enough sleep to helps in our body or repair itself and stay the energized. Managing is stress through the relaxation or hobbies of keeps our mind the and body in the balance. Avoiding harmful to habits like smoking and excessive drinking the protects our health. In the short taking the care of our body on with good food or the regular activity to rest, and stress to management they helps us feel our best.

Eating the a variety of foods or like fruits or vegetables and the proteins and the whole grains and provides us with vitamins or minerals and the energy.   • Yes, I have the water with a lemon and salt. I drank it is to stay hydrated and the boost my energy, and especially on hot days or the after exercise. The lemon adds a refreshing with taste and it dose of the vitamin C and while the salt helps replace the water minerals lost through it the sweat. This drink it can be also aid digestion and the keep the body balanced. It is a simple natural way to the feel refreshed and the energized.
