The Back pain can be the common issue is there are the several ways to manage or alleviate it. Here are some and key points to consider:

Common Causes of Back Pain

  1. Muscle or Ligament Strain: Lifting heavy objects or sudden awkward movements can strain back muscles and spinal ligaments.

  1. Bulging or Ruptured Discs: Discs act as cushions between the bones in your spine. The soft material inside a disc can bulge or rupture and on a nerve.
  2. Arthritis: The osteoarthritis can be affect the lower back. In the some cases arthritis in the spine can to be lead or a narrowing of the space around to the spinal cord a condition is called spinal stenosis.
