Heat stroke is a medical condition, that can happen to anyone despite the age or gender, which the body's ability is not regulated to it's temperature overloaded. Heat stroke can take place in the body's heat regulating mechanisms, such as sweating which cause the body temperature to rise to dangerous level and also making it difficult to keep up with the heat.

There are several symptoms of heat stroke, but she just going to mention she few ones here. There are:

• Headache; this another symptoms that can showcase that a person is affected with heat stroke, but not all headache are symptoms of heat stroke. The mains that are head stroke also come along with body weakness and fatigue which weakens the whole body from doing anything.

• Dry skin: Heat stroke also causes the outer body to become dry from sweating. It makes the heat regulation mechanisms of sweat not to function the way it suppose, and when dis occur the sweat glands becomes overwhelmed and unable to produce enough sweat to cool the body.

• High level temperature: this is another important aspect of heat stroke that I need to talk about, this symptoms will show how the body's temperature regulation mechanisms are overloaded, how it rises to the higher level of temperature. When talking about heat stroke, high level of temperatures, the temperature can rise to dangerous levels by which causing damages to the internal body organs and even extend to the brain as well, if it is left untreated or without proper treatment. This level can even lead to death, coma organ failure and brain damage, that why it is more advisable to take proper treatment against heat stroke earlier.

• Confusion or altered mental state: by the process of the high level temperature and no proper treatment as been taken, the next result can probably affect the brain and it will make the mental state to be abnormal, unconsciousness, and can even causes confusion at any means.

Immediately heat stroke is notice in a person the following first aid should be taken before taking the patient to the nearest hospital for proper treatment;

• Move to a cooler location: immediately heat stroke symptoms is noticed in a person, the first thing to be done is to move the person to a cooler location, such as shade or even and air-conditioned area, avoiding direct sunlight at the moment.

• Removing of excess clothes: If it happens that the patience was on so much dressed up, the second thing is to remove some clothes from the patience to also contribute word the coolness of the body, most especially if the clothes are very tight or heavy.

• Cooling the body: this is a very vital aspect of the first aid, the body should be cool immediately some of the clothes are off the patience body, with cool water (not ice block), or wet towel or clothes, and also fanning the body for air to circulate all over the body. The temperature needs to be cool immediately before it becomes beyond the control of the doctors.

• Keep watching and cooling the person until the medical help arrives to take the patience for proper treatment.

In conclusion, heat stroke is a medical emergency that requires immediate attention, and treat before it goes beyond expectations. It is advisable to take immediate treatment when noticing any symptoms of heat stroke and call for proper checking from the doctor.
