Hello stemians.i hope you all are doing well.Am here to write on herbs and it's benefits.

👉 What is a healthy herb?

MEANING OF HEALTHY HERB

Herbs have been used for thousands of years to add flavour to meals, as medicine and as a preservative.
Herbs generally refers to the leafy green or flowering parts of a plant (either fresh or dried),

Herbs are a fantastic way to add flavour and colour to any sort of dish or drink, whether sweet or savoury, without adding fat, salt or sugars. In addition to flavour and colour, they each also tend to have their own set of health-promoting properties.
Let me list few I know is very useful to us.
GARLIC-
Ginger
fennel
Lemon grass
Tumeric
CINNAMON
Rosemary

HEALTH BENEFITS OF GARLIC.

Garlic is what I love eating first thing in the morning or last thing at night before bedtime.
It takes away cough or cold infections and you won't believe that garlic prevents cancer and also improves brain functioning.

HEALTH BENEFIT OF GINGER

You can use ginger to treat morning sickness
Ginger play a role of weight loss
It helps in lowering blood pressure
It can reduce menstrual pain
Ginger can fight infections .
If you want to add ginger to your diet, you can do it through what you eat or drink .

FENNEL

It protects eyes from premature aging
Eliminates bad breath
Increases brain function ,you can use it to treat respiratory disorders and is very good for skin problems, and it also help in improving eyesight.
I prefer boiling it with water and drink with an empty stomach.
You can as well use the seed.

LEMON GRASS

lemon grass reduces anxiety
It relieved pains
So many people do apply lemongrass and it's essential oil directly to the skin for headache.
But I prefer drinking it.
It cures malaria also.

TUMERIC

Tumeric is very good for body.it slow the growth of cancer cells
It promotes blood circulation
Adding it to your meal nourishes your body and prevents it from any skin disease

CINNAMON

cinnamon reduces blood sugar level
It cures heart pains and also good in glowing skin

👉 What is the best herb to take daily?

BEST HERB TO TAKE IN THE MORNING

Ginger
Cinnamon
Lemon grass

BEST HERB FOR AFTERNOON

Rosemary is very good,it makes brain to function well.

BEST HERB FOR EVENING

Fennel
Tumeric.

POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE EFFECTS OF HERBS

If you take too much of herbs ,it will cause side effects like bad breath and diarrhea, headache
Stomach upset and so on.
There's this saying that "too much of everything is a disease".
