• What do you understand by heat stroke

The heat stroke is an illness which is related to heat it happens when our body overheating and our body unable to regulate internal temperature. This condition can be life threatening. When the heat stroke occurs the internal temperature of the body increases rapidly and it can cause damage to our brain and other major organs of our body such as kidneys and liver. The heat stroke occurs because of Long exposure to high temperatured areas.

The symptoms of heat stroke are given below 👇. The skin of the affected person become dry. The affected person's heartbeat become fast. Nausea and vomiting.The most common symptom of a person who is suffering from heat stroke is the rise in the normal temperature of the body and the skin of the body become dry. it look like the body loses its ability to excrete waste products in the form of sweating. The rise in heat beat is also a symptom of the heat stroke and it is called as tychcardia in medical terms. The person who is suffering from the heat stroke also experiences severe headache due to overheating on his or her body. The heat stroke can cause problems with the gastrointestinal tract like vomiting and nausea. Those persons who suffer from heat stroke also unconscious due to overheating on body.

When someone is suffering from heat stroke it is very significant to provide first aid to That person immediately to avoid other complications. The first and foremost step which should be done in such cases to move that person in a cool environment. Use cold water to decrease the temperature of the body of the affected person. Create an airflow around the affected person by using a hand fan. If the person is consciously stable give him or her water which will hydrated his or her body. Monitoring of vital signs is important.
